Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://d-marketing.blog/ (the “Site”), including its articles, free SEO tools, points system, shop and any member account. By browsing the Site, creating an account, buying points or using a tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by D-Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us through the contact page for any question about these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may read, share and link to our content for personal or business use. You agree not to:

  • copy, republish or resell substantial parts of our articles without written permission;
  • scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service for other visitors;
  • use the free tools to attack, probe or overload any third-party website;
  • create multiple accounts to obtain extra signup points, or abuse the points system, referral credits or checkout in any way;
  • upload unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure. Accounts created through Google sign-in are tied to that Google identity. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that has been inactive and compromised.

4. Points, credits and payments

Points are a prepaid credit used to run the tools on the Site. Points are granted on signup where stated, and are purchased through the checkout using the payment methods shown there, including card/PayPal and cryptocurrency. Points have no cash value outside the Site, are not transferable, and are not refundable once spent. Where a payment fails or a duplicate charge occurs, contact us and we will investigate and correct it. Prices and the number of points required per tool may change; changes apply to future purchases only.

5. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

Some articles contain affiliate links and links to third-party products. If you buy through such a link we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, prices or policies; your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

6. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information about marketing, SEO and online business. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and results vary. You are responsible for the decisions you take based on it.

7. Intellectual property

All text, layout, graphics and code on the Site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The names and logos of third-party products mentioned on the Site belong to their owners.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site and its tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature, tool or article at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of the Site, its tools or any third-party site linked from it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the version in effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
